Florida Requires Homeowners' Associations to Try Mediation First
As of July 1, 2007, Florida law requires associations to try mediation as an initial means of settling their legal disputes. In anticipation of this change in the law, Eric Glazer became one of the first attorneys in the state to be certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a circuit and county court mediator.
In his new role as the founder of Association Mediation, Inc., and in his continuing role as the founding lawyer at Glazer & associates, P.A., Mr. Glazer looks forward to helping Florida condominium and homeowners' associations resolve their disputes in the manner best suited to their individual needs, whether inside or outside of the courtroom.
